
Your responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the company’s executives and departments
- Coordinate operations and ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day business performance
- Monitor KPIs and departmental performance, driving continuous improvement
- Manage and resolve critical operational matters
- Develop new services, partnerships, and business expansions
- Oversee commercial strategy and sales targets
- Optimize vehicle delivery processes and the overall customer experience
- Supervise after-sales services to ensure high-quality customer support
- Oversee digital presence and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns
- Ensure proper operation of facilities and support efficient logistics
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and corporate standards
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate operational risks
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to Senior Management
What we expect from you:
- University degree; a Master’s degree will be considered an asset
- Proven, extensive experience in a senior management position, ideally within the automotive sector
- Strong strategic thinking and effective decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and coordinate complex operations
- Experience in leading and developing large sales teams
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets
- Very good computer skills and experience with CRM systems
- Excellent command of the English language
