This Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) is issued by the anonymous company under the name A. Yes, in cases such as new Volkswagen vehicle purchases, always complying with the highest standards of data security and confidentiality.
How Long Do We Retain Your Personal Data?
We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which they were provided and in accordance with applicable laws and contractual terms.
  • Newsletter consent is retained as long as you receive newsletters or until you unsubscribe.
  • Job application data is retained for two (2) years unless you request otherwise (minimum retention six months).
  • Customer loyalty program data is deleted when the program ends or you opt-out.
  • Contest or survey data is retained until completion, then deleted.

Response Time to Requests
We respond free of charge without delay and within one (1) month of receiving your request. If complex, we may extend by up to two (2) additional months, informing you accordingly.
Requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive may incur a reasonable fee or be refused.
