FILE OPENING AT HEADQUARTERS Timely submission of the accident report to the insurance company’s headquarters and verification of whether the liable party has submitted a statement of liability acceptance.
REPAIR SCHEDULING In coordination with the customer, we arrange the transfer of the vehicle to our body shop facilities in Agios Stefanos.
APPOINTMENT WITH INSURANCE ADJUSTER Damage inspection by the insurance company’s adjuster to ensure high-quality repair.
ISSUANCE OF INVOICES With a detailed listing of the spare parts used, to ensure both quality and authenticity guarantee.
INVOICE SUBMISSION TO HEADQUARTERS The customer receives their vehicle without making any payment, and the damage department sends the invoices to the headquarters for inspection.
COLLECTION Based on the customer's authorization, we collect the repair costs from the insurance company without any inconvenience or involvement of the customer.
